It's a great way to inexpensively add a rainbow of fruits and vegetables your family may not be getting. Most raw food powders are an acquired taste, this one is a delight at first sip. Also gluten and dairy free.
Im always on the go and dont eat like i should. I add this to my shake and it gives me my daily servings of fruits and vegetables. I have more energy and feel better after a week of taking this. Would reccomend u buy this if u dont have time to eat healthy.
