Amaranth cereal has a very positive effect on me. One bowl of delicious amaranth a day, with rice milk and sliced banana - that's my recipe for good health and (regular) digestion. Amaranth flakes are delicious, too. The nuggets (discontinued many years ago) were even tastier. LOVE THIS! Great cereal! My mom and I were lookin for an organic whole grain cereal due to her being anemic ( low iron ) and I ran across this in one of my other quests for stuff! We received it on time at a very decent price for whats in it. I let my mom try it and wallaw! she loved it and I tryed it and I do too! We love all the great healthy ingrediants in here lots of Iron more than wheat. It really delivers what it say's and it tastes wonderfull.
